We provide fully vetted, APSCo-compliant child support workers, trained in TMVA and meeting CQC and CSSIW standards. Our flexible staffing solutions help local authorities fill urgent needs with experienced workers from entry level to Level 5. Every candidate completes a specialist recruitment process and ongoing training, including TMVA, ligature awareness, medication administration, and Team Teach.

How we can help you!

We provide 24/7 emergency children’s care services, including out-of-hours support, liaison with emergency duty teams, and rapid response within 24 hours. We support social care teams within councils across England and Wales, often in last-minute crisis situations. Our fully compliant, Team Teach–trained staff undergo rigorous audits and in-house training, ensuring adaptability to all support needs, shift work, and location changes. They are also skilled in detailed shift reporting, rota planning, and attending risk management meetings. All staff based in Wales are registered with SCW (Social Care Wales).

Fostering & Adoption Breakdowns

  • Rapid response staffing for young people aged 14+ experiencing fostering or adoption placement breakdowns.

Emergency Placements

  • Emergency day and night support.

Residential Support

  • Staff to meet the needs of homes day, night and sleep shifts.

Mother & baby Supervision

  • Provision of fully vetted, trained staff for mother and baby supervision in family homes and hospital settings.

  • Rapid deployment to meet urgent or short-notice needs.

Education Support

  • Education support for looked after children, children in need and children with an educational healthcare plan.
  • Education to mainstream students with gaps in their learning.

Crisis Support

  • Interim last-minute wrap around support for young people.

Family Support Work

  • Provision of fully vetted and trained staff for court-mandated family support.

  • Staff experienced in supervising and supporting children in complex family situations.

Bedside Support

  • Support for young people within hospitals.

Child Protection Involvement

  • Rapid deployment of fully vetted, trained staff to support child protection cases in collaboration with EDT.

Community Support

  • Support care leavers and young people involved in the youth justice system.

  • Rapid deployment to provide continuity and stability for at-risk young people.

Interim Respite

  • Support for children with severe disabilities, non-verbal and ALN – lone working.
  • 2-1 support and outreach support.

Independent Living

  • Support for children leaving secure units going into independent living.
